Returns + Exchanges

We put a lot of care and love in our products, and thrive to ensure you will love them at first sight!

We happily accept returns or exchanges of new merchandise within 15 days of your order being received.

New merchandise is eligible for a full refund, less any shipping charges, and will be returned in the original form of payment. Items returned after the 15-day-timeframe will be eligible for store credit only.

To process a return or exchange, send an email with the item you'd like to return / exchange and name on the order to:

Pack your products well, include the printed invoice or receipt and ship your return to:

Once received, we will credit back the original form of payment. Returns and exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to process.

Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. Petit Nomade is not responsible for returned merchandise that doesn’t reach our office, so we strongly encourage using a carrier with tracking and insurance.

We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed or worn.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
• unworn
• unwashed
• unaltered
• with original tags and packaging intact
• free of stains, dust, odors, animal hair, and damage

Sale items are final and cannot be returned. If you wish to exchange your order, email us at hello@shoppetitnomade.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Defective or Damaged Goods

You have 2 weeks to inspect the correctness of products received at the time of delivery. After this time, and except for hidden defects, no claim will be accepted by us.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, postage and handling fee, and other fees via the original method of payment.
If you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (to the limit of our inventory) once we receive the returned item, at our cost.

Please note that we will not incur the postage and handling fee of returning the item should it not be found defective by us.
