Shipping Policy

Petit Nomade is happy to offer domestic and international delivery.

The following flat-fee shipping options are available at checkout:

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (GROUND) FOR ORDERS OVER 100$: ETA 5-10 Business Days
  • FREE NEXT DAY LOCAL DELIVERY IN MIAMI: ETA Next Business Day (Except Weekends)
  • STANDARD SHIPPING (GROUND): $10 - ETA 5-10 Business Days 
  • 2-DAY SHIP (EXPRESS): $20 - ETA 2 Business Days
  • OVERNIGHT (EXPRESS): $30 - ETA Next Business Day (Except Weekends)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*:

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 250$: ETA 6-20 Business Days
  • STANDARD SHIPPING: $30 - ETA 6-20 Business Days

*International shipping fees do not include any country-specific duties or taxes. Customs clearance may result in the payment of additional charges and taxes, which will be communicated to you by Customs directly or at the time of delivery. Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and Petit Nomade cannot be held responsible for these expenses.


Orders received after 1:00 PM EST daily or over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day (Monday).  This applies to Overnight and 2-Day Shipping.

** We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Orders with delivery to PO Box addresses will be automatically cancelled **

All deliveries are tracked and you will receive an email with the tracking information to monitor the shipment.

All deliveries require signature, and once signed we cannot be held liable for loss or damage.

All delivery times referred to above are estimates only, provided by our shipping partners and cannot provide guaranteed delivery times.

Should you have questions about the whereabouts of your package, always check with the shipping carrier and track using the tracking number. Once the order has changed hands to carriers, we have no control of the package. We will do our best to help call our shipping carrier if you'd like our help locating it, so feel free to reach out for assistance. We find that "lost" packages usually turn up within 48 hours, so we ask you to wait for 48 hours before taking action.

If products are returned to us by the shipping company because of trouble delivery to the address given on your order, we will issue you with a refund for the products but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the Product.

Whilst we will do our best to fulfill your order (once it is accepted), we cannot guarantee to do so (for example, if we are out of stock, or where your card issuer refuses to authorize your payment). Your offer is accepted by us and becomes binding only when the order has shipped and has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
